Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Trainer Sales for the European market. As a Trainer Sales, you will be responsible for providing training and support to various teams one of which is - the International Recruitment team, ensuring they have the necessary process and service knowledge as well as selling skills. You will develop and deliver training programs, conduct sales coaching sessions, and monitor the progress of the representatives. Your goal is to help the teams achieve their targets and drive revenue growth. Focus is on Convincing, conversion of leads into sales and revenues.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, sales training and coaching in the US, European, UK or Australia market. Only experience with the Indian market is not enough.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques

Ability to analyze sales data and identify training needs

Experience with remote training delivery methods

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks

Ability to work with International stakeholders and deliver as per the business needs

Ability to measure performance

Salary is based on a fixed package and bonus based on achieved KPI's
