BTM Layout/ Koramangala - we are setting up the new office post covid ( back to office) hence full-time physical presence is a must.

Team Lead Recruitment / Junior Delivery Manager Recruitment (Europe)


Roles and Responsibilities


You will:

Lead/ Manage a team of IT Recruiters and ensure timely delivery for the client requests.

Work for the largest European institutions, which are 3rd largest in the world.

Ensure the delivery pipeline, KPIs and SLA is met on daily basis

Be a Point of Contact and coordinate with clients and Senior stakeholders in Europe on request of your Manager

Closely coordinate with your Manager in India on the daily targets and deliverables. Once you know where to focus on you make it your priority to ensure your team members start delivering as per the SLA. 

You follow a 2 touch points daily plan - this means 2 times a day you discuss with your Manager the outcome of half and full day. You support colleagues who are not able to deliver. You provide leads to colleagues and help them deliver as per the SLA.

Help your Manager with delivery, pipeline of your team, performance and quarterly evaluations.

You act as your Manager's right hand and together you ensure the recruitment team performs.


Desired Candidate Profile


You have experience:

  1. As Team Lead Delivery or Junior Manager Delivery in Recruitment where you are the Point of contact to your clients (preferrably international clients not Indian)
  2. Managing more than 4-5 junior recruiters and have been responsible for their performance
  3. In international markets (Europe/US) is very desirable
  4. in contract / b2b recruitment is very desirable

5. IT Recruitment ( Prior experience in recruitment for Java, Devops, Devsecops, Architects, BI, Data Science) expertise is a must
