Here is what you will do when you join us: 

For one of our super ambitious teams in Whitefield, Bangalore (India) we are hiring a woman who will get trained and work as Technical Recruiter remotely for the European Market.

This role is NOT a regular Recruitment role. It is more of an inside sales role (where you negotiate and convince through social media- LinkedIn mainly) where your goal is to get IT Professionals interested in suitable for them projects with European Institutions across Europe.

Convincing by using your knowledge of the EU Market, high quality expert advice on projects & European Taxation is the key to success here.

Once you convince an IT professional and you have his interest in EU projects, you schedule the interviews with him and a Recruiter.

When you join us, this is how your day will look like:

·        You get together with your team online and discuss the most active Client requirements. 

·        You focus on using your knowledge to convince IT professionals in the projects you have. With interested IT Professionals you schedule an interview, which will be taken by one of our Expert Recruiters. Your role involved mainly dealing with IT Candidates across 22 EU countries.

·         You use marketing strategies and run campaigns to IT Professionals in our database, again to get them interested in projects.

·         You work with tight delivery deadlines.

·         You close the day by achieving your daily targets and feeling fulfilled.
